RETOPOLIZE MACHINERY PARTS

I have a machine parts model in .stl format and I want and artist who can retopolize the .stl and fix the mesh, with nice clean topology for CNC machine printing.
Then once its completed convert it in .cad and other formats which we will ask you for so that we can edit it in Solidworks. It’s a daily basis work and a permanent work so we want to hire an artist who is ready to do it in affordable rate and with a nice workflow.
