Quick facade sketch for a fix and flip in Huntsville Alabama.

I'm on the last few days of a fix and flip. Not much we've not changed that we are willing to redo...... but it doesn't look good from the front. Can you play with an inexpensive modern idea that makes the windows pop and also do some quick front landscaping. Also , I thought at the top of the two gables, you might put an architectural or modern piece to help break things up. Not looking for anything crazy perfect... just the vision with cost in mind as it is a fix and flip.
