Quarter-acre building exterior design for Urban Homestead

Building an urban homestead in Louisville, KY and in need of 3D design including existing hardscapes so project estimation and progress (orchard, hive, treehouse, hoglot, chicken coop, garage extension, root cellar, etc) is better constrained. The model/map I need will have to be a working copy upon delivery so I can continue making modifications to it as the projects are implemented. Willing to hire a second set of hands to measure or help measure according to freelancer's expert specifications and prioritization.
