Public park redevelopment
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced landscape/urban design professional to help produce technical and presentation deliverables for a public park redevelopment (approx. 15,000 m²) being submitted to a UAE design competition. The design concept and masterplan are already developed — your role is to execute and produce polished outputs based on my direction, not to originate the concept.
Deliverables:
• CAD/BIM masterplan with zoning and circulation
• Landscape, accessibility and public-realm plans
• Key sections and elevations (CAD/BIM)
• Concept and analytical diagrams (user journey, circulation, environmental)
• High-quality renderings — aerial, human-scale, day and night
• One-minute concept animation
• Presentation boards / final deck
Priorities: technical accuracy, constructability, and feasibility within budget. Native editable source files required (.dwg/BIM, layered render and animation project files), not just PDFs/images.
Skills: AutoCAD (BIM a plus), architectural visualization, motion/animation. UAE public-realm and climate-responsive design experience preferred.
Terms: full IP assignment to me (contract provided), original non-infringing work only, strict confidentiality with no portfolio use without written consent, and disclosure of any AI tools used.
Deadline: final files by 1 August. Please share your portfolio, availability, rate, and the software you work in.
