How is prototyped to be built so that manufacturing has templates and plans?
Metal with CNC plans
3D printing with plans
What are the markers for receivables to be delivered and how is payment to
be invoiced and paid?
Invoicing to – Independent Marketing Service for Piper Media Inc. Payment to
be made upon completion and approval of milestones.
Development milestones to include:
Overall system architecture with block diagrams and system flow.
Schematic design for lock device and key fob (CSA approved)
PCB layout and routing
PCB fabrication and components.
Lock device firmware development (CSA approved)
Key fob firmware development with low power implementation (CSA
approved)
Hackproof mobile app development and functional integration with device.
System integration and testing.
Project documentation and handover.
Delivery – packaging and shipment of 5 prototype copies.
Divide the total budget by number of milestones for payment upon milestone
completion and approvals.
