Prototype 3D CT-Scan Image Reconstruction using 2D Slices

I’m looking for a freelancer to create a proof-of-concept demonstration that reconstructs a basic 3D image from 2D CT scan slices. Please reference the method described in Chapter 5 of the "Gengsheng Lawrence Zeng Medical Image Reconstruction" book to guide your approach.
Requirements:
• Process a set of 2D CT scan images to generate a rudimentary 3D model.
• Provide a working demo (code or output) that clearly shows the reconstruction process.
• Utilize Python and relevant image processing/deep learning libraries.
• Keep the implementation simple, focusing on demonstrating the concept.
