Property CAD Development Plan Rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will provide you with a surveyed, dimensioned plat of my property in PDF and a separate file to show existing site details. I need that base file converted into a clean, layered CAD drawing and then developed into a full site-layout that I can submit to the county for planning approval.
The concept is to carve out at least four leasable pads for food, retail, and service vendors, arrange 10-20 standard parking stalls plus accessible spots, and weave in purposeful greenspace and perimeter fencing. Please respect typical zoning setbacks and show pedestrian circulation, utility tie-ins, and any storm-water area you feel is necessary for a realistic approval-ready plan.
Deliverables
• Editable AutoCAD (.dwg) site plan with layers clearly labeled
• A color rendering or illustrative plan (PDF/PNG) suitable for county board presentations
• One round of revisions to fine-tune pad sizes, parking counts, or landscape notes
