Project Rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a freelancer to render a commercial structure based off scanned permit plans. The level of detail required is intermediate, including textures and lighting. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D rendering and be proficient in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit. The project must be completed within a reasonable timeline and the final output should be of high-quality. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential for this project.
The building is going to be a memorial to a student who passed away in a car crash 20 years ago. The rendering is to capture the signage that will be added (currently not shown in drawings). The rendering will be used for fundraising efforts. The art creations of the files for the signage should figure on a few iterations to get it correct.
The deadline will be next Friday 9/1 for completion of the rendering.
