Project Rebuild

I need a 3D Model built based on previous Art. Our original design died with a hard drive with NO backups from the death of a previous Freelance Artist. Must sign Non-Disclosure Obligation/Non-compete Obligation/None Circumvention Obligation/Full Release of all rights to images and files created Obligation/Must agree to a set fee. Prefer Freelancer to reside and be a citizen that incorporates and follows the International Commercial Agreements.
