Professional layout and Formatting for Tier-1 Aerospace Investor Presentation (StaticWing/ VTOL Transport Ltd)
Budget: £750 – £1,200 GBP
We are VTOL Transport Ltd, a UK-based aerospace R&D company developing a patented heavy-lift eVTOL UAV known as Static Wing — a 2.9-tonne MTOW, 1-tonne payload, fully electric vertical take-off and landing platform with a unique and novel jet-blown “static-wing” propulsion system. The presentation material, including all written content and detailed graphics (technical, use-case, and visual renderings), has already been created.
We now require a professional designer/writer to structure, format, and polish the existing material into a cohesive 10–12 page document that can serve both as an investor presentation and as a Tier-1 OEM briefing document. The tone must balance Tier-1 aerospace technical clarity with a marketing-ready investor appeal.
The freelancer will refine the layout, typography, flow, and narrative structure to create a visually engaging and technically credible document suitable for presentation to major OEMs (Airbus, BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, etc.), investors, and government/defence stakeholders.
Deliverables
A professionally formatted, multi-page presentation document (10–12 pages) in both PDF and editable PowerPoint or InDesign format.
Polished layout and typography, using or improving upon our existing design style (colour scheme, fonts, logo).
Structural organisation of the content (headings, sub-headings, logical flow) to ensure clarity and coherence across all pages.
Minor editorial refinement of supplied text to enhance consistency, readability, and tone (no new technical writing required).
Integration of our existing graphics, diagrams, and visual assets into the new design with correct alignment and visual balance.
Final files optimised for both presentation and print distribution.
Ideal Freelancer
Experience designing technical or aerospace presentations for OEMs, investors, or R&D companies.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of aesthetic hierarchy and professional formatting suitable for investor decks and OEM briefing packs.
Proven ability to deliver clean, modern, and aerospace-grade visual communication.
