Professional 3D designer needed to design Gamming object

we are going to develop a survival game where we need 50+ character design, character dress , ornaments , 1 - 25 level environment , house, tree, air flow , 100+ arms with 5 types different color for each, cat, dog, tank , blasting and firing animation , river, water , drum , and so on. we have a good budget but we need professional hand. if you have a team then it would be good for us. minimum 6 month project. so you have to give us dedicated time with our developer. if you can then bid on this and let us know you cost.
N.B: only serious person and you have to sign non disclose agreement as well as our company agreement paper.
