Product Demo Procedure Development

I have an older house (built in 1938). The front of the house is two stories and there is a back portion that is one story. We would like to demo the second story portion of the house to make it a one story dwelling in its entirety. We are looking for an expert consultant to develop a plan on how we should go about doing this keeping the entire first floor structurally sound to have a roof built for it.
