Procreate Interior Design Drawings

I need a series of drawings (ongoing) done on Procreate in a 3D perspective drawing, I export the 3D image linework in a procreate format black and white, need the rest of the drawing filled out with furniture (sketched over), lighting (sketched over), handles, etc. put on and textures imported (I will give a markup with textures & then a file with the relevant texture). I have attached two images of our current drawings that we are happy with, would just be preferable to outsource.
