3D Printable Wall Support for Lenovo M93 tiny

Job ID: 38501023

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

I'm looking for a functional, no-frills 3D design for a wall mount to support my Lenovo M93 mini PC in my workshop.

Key Requirements:
- The design should be suitable for 3D printing using PLA.
- The design does not need to be fancy. It needs to be practical, simple to print and robust.
- the design must avoid supports.
- The mount needs to securely hold the mini PC on a workshop wall.
- The design must incorporate screw holes for surface mounting, four 4mm holes, out of the PC bounding box.
- The pc must be close to the wall, the wall mount screws must not push it away from the wall.
- The pc must be secured using the two empty M3 screws in the back. It must however not be the sole support.
- the pc will not be mounted horizontally so the bracket can use this to its favor
- the fixation can be in multiple fixed parts to the wall, but not too many (1 to 3 max), there may be no parts to fix on the wall fixture.
- Removing the PC cover plate must still be possible without having to modify/unset/detach the fixture.
- Model must be sent as a STEP file and must include a valid model of the PC (rough volume and placement of important parts) so that it can be easily checked for accuracy.
- the fixture can not extend to more than 2cm around the PC.
- the fixture must not cover any port or button. It must not block airflow in front or back or the central back screw.
- the fixture can use the rubber pads under the pc for guiding or positioning.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in 3D modelling software (like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Experienced in designing for 3D printing.
- Understanding of 3D printing
