3D Printable House Model

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a detailed house model for printing.
I have a sketchup model of a house that I'm looking to turn into a 3D printable model.

Requirements:
- High level of detail for realistic representation
- File formats: STL, OBJ, or FBX (please specify)
- Purpose: Personal project, artistic use
