Preparation of house model for AR - 3Ds max & vray

I am looking for a skilled 3Ds max and Vray expert to prepare a house model for AR. The model is already optimized and need very few tweaking. The model needs texturing and baking in 3ds max so that it can be used in Unity 3D.
