Precise Cosplay Costume Build

I have an original-character design and need a skilled costume maker who can turn my moderately detailed sketch into a convention-ready outfit that matches the reference down to the last seam. Accuracy is the top priority, so proportions, trim placement, and silhouette must mirror the drawing exactly.

I’ll provide the specific fabrics; you’ll take charge of patterning, cutting, and sewing. Solid machine work and clean hand-finishing are essential—no 3D printing or elaborate embroidery is required unless it directly improves fidelity.

We’ll kick things off with an in-person meeting to walk through the concept, review the materials, take my measurements, and map out milestones. Additional fittings will be arranged to keep the build on track, so the ability to meet locally is non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• Finished, wearable costume that matches the reference artwork
• Pattern pieces (paper or digital) and basic care instructions
• At least two face-to-face fittings: initial consultation and final try-on
