Prairie Apartments
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need fresh, photorealistic visuals for a seven-storey apartment building that features a street-level restaurant, a trendy, hip rooftop bar and a large digital billboard wrapping the corner. I already have an earlier concept rendering and a basic massing model; your job is to re-imagine it with a clearly Modern aesthetic, letting glass dominate the exterior and integrating the LED screen so it feels like part of the architecture rather than an after-thought.
The rooftop bar should vibe “trendy and hip,” with lighting, seating and greenery that look instantly social-media ready. At grade, the restaurant frontage must read as open and inviting—think operable glass walls that blur the indoor–outdoor line. Above, the residential floors should stay consistent with the sleek glass language while still suggesting livable units.
I’ll pass along the existing files as soon as we start. You are free to work in SketchUp, Revit, Rhino or a comparable tool, and you can render in V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion or whichever engine gives the best realism within your workflow.
Deliverables
• 3–4 high-resolution exterior perspectives (day and night, billboard on)
• 1 detailed rooftop-bar scene
• 1 sidewalk-level restaurant view
• Native 3D model plus OBJ/FBX export
• Two revision rounds after the first draft
