Pose 3D models, and export as high resolution images

Job ID: 34582378

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I'm a multimedia developer, but I don't know 3D modelling and I don't have the bandwidth to figure it all out. I need someone to consult with a bit, and to render out some 3D characters in different poses. I think it should be fairly easy work... with some fun creative potential down the road.

I can buy the 3D models for most of what I need (characters like a fireman, a mom, a doctor, an astronaut, a businessman, a store clerk, etc). Some would be rigged, some won't be and you'll need to do the rigging. For every character, I would need to pose them into those exact same 20 positions. Example of some of the poses:

* Standing in A-Pose, hand thumbs up, big smile - happy expression
* Standing in A-Pose, clenched fist, clenched teeth - angry expression
* Standing in A-Pose, pointing finger, mouth open wide - shocked expression
* Standing in T-Pose, fingers spread apart, mouth open wide - laughing expression

(NOTE: Almost all poses are simple a change to the hand gesture and facial expression.)

I think Blender lets you create a library of poses, so I'm guessing once you've got the first set of poses done, then you can use those same poses for the other characters.

For each pose, I'd need you to export a high-res snapshot. Ideally as a 24-bit PNG with a transparent background.

While I need about 20 characters to start, odds are I would need a few additions every month. Sometimes I might need you to create a character from scratch.

I know that getting the first bunch of poses set up will take time. Given that, I'd love to get an estimate of what it would cost to:

1. Initially set up 20 poses
2. Rig a single pre-built 3D character model
3. Generate snapshots of 20 different poses for single character

Less critical needs
4. Sometimes I'll want to swap out what a character is wearing (change a businessman character's blue suit to green plaid, or swap wearing jeans for clown pants). If you can, provide an estimate of what that might cost.
4. Build a character from scratch based off of an image (rough estimate)

Please reach out if you think you might be a fit for this or have questions. Thanks!
