Pneumonic Articulated Keyboard and mouse tray for Office Chair

Looking to get a 3D printable keyboard tray that clamps to the base of an office chair. I want the tray to be able to be placed anywhere from on the lap and higher. should be able to tilt the tray and mouse pad separately. The pneumatic hinges should lock by twisting a valve to release or lock air in chamber(s)
