Plastic Cone Structural Load Analysis
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have designed a plastic cone that will serve a genuine structural purpose rather than the usual traffic-control or decorative roles. Before I move to tooling and production I need a professional calculation package that proves the cone can handle the loads I expect it to see in service.
The job includes:
• Interpreting my sketches and basic dimensions (PDF and STEP files)
• Determining all relevant static and dynamic loads for a plastic structure of this shape and size
• Running the analysis—finite-element or hand-calculated as appropriate—to confirm strength, stability and safety factors
• Recommending material grade or wall-thickness adjustments if margins are low
• Supplying a concise report (PDF) that summarises assumptions, calculations, stress/strain plots and pass-fail conclusions
Acceptance criteria
• Maximum deflection, stress and safety factor clearly stated for each load case
• Native simulation file (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, or comparable) delivered alongside the report
• All units in SI and calculations reproducible from the data provided
