Plant 3D P&ID drafting

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to do Plant 3D P&ID drafting for a project involving multiple interconnected systems. I would prefer that the freelancer use AutoCAD Plant 3D for the drafting. This project requires the creation of new drawings rather than updating existing ones. The project is for multiple interconnected systems, requiring precise and accurate drafting. The freelancer should have a strong background in Plant 3D P&ID drafting and be able to deliver a quality product in a timely manner.
