Plant Simulation Layout Improvement
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a compact factory layout built in Siemens Plant Simulation / Tecnomatix for a straightforward school assignment. The goal is to demonstrate how a better arrangement can improve workflow, with a clear emphasis on cutting overall production time.
What I can give you
– A written description of every workstation, machine and buffer I want in the model, plus the sequence in which products should move. No CAD or previous layout is available, so you’ll be starting from those notes.
What I expect back
1. A runnable Plant Simulation model that reflects the described stations, routing logic and basic performance indicators.
2. One-page commentary (bullet points are fine) explaining the decisions that led to the new layout and showing the time-saving results. A couple of screenshots to illustrate key views will do.
