I need an expert in Siemens Plant Simulation (Tecnomatix) to develop a simulation model of a factory production system. The goal is to analyze material flow, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the layout without real-time data integration (offline simulation only).
Key Requirements:
✅ Simulation Model Development:
Create a discrete-event simulation (DES) model of the factory layout.
Include machines, conveyors, workers, AGVs, and storage systems.
Model production sequences, cycle times, and material flow.
✅ Scenario Testing & Optimization:
Run what-if scenarios (e.g., layout changes, resource allocation, production scheduling).
Identify bottlenecks, idle times, and throughput limitations.
