3D Plan for African Roundhouse

Hi there,

I am looking for an experienced 3D Planer to provide me with the following:

1) 4 different 3D models of a roundhouse based on a 1 bedroom (max 50 sqm)

2) 2 different 3D Models of a half roundhouse based on a 1 bedroom (50 sqm)

The 3D Models would have to be in color and with sample furniture

Interior design should be mainly based on 4 colors:

1) black (e.g., door handles)
2) white (e.g., wall color and/or furniture)
3) oak brown (e.g., boards or furniture)
4) beige (e.g., sofa, seats)
