2D Plan Rendering with Furnishings

I'm in need of a skilled artist to deliver a color rendering of a 2d floor plan. Key tasks involved:

- Rendering the floor plan in color, with details as accurate as possible
- Elements of the plan should include furniture and fixtures
- The architectural style of the furnishings will be provided separately

Expectations for the final deliverable:

- The rendering must be delivered in Procreate format

Ideal candidates for this project should:

- Have experience in digital rendering, ideally in an architectural context
- Be proficient in creating realistic 2D floor plans
- Have an understanding and capability to work with the Procreate platform
