Pick-and-Place Machine CAD Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete mechanical design package for a pick-and-place machine capable of handling mixed materials. I have uploaded an input file that sets out the envelope, stroke limits and payload numbers; please study it before you quote because every dimension in that brief must carry through to the final model.
The work has to be done in SolidWorks and I will require a fully parametric 3D assembly that is highly detailed—gearboxes, bearings, fasteners and all other production-critical items must be modelled, not represented by placeholders. From that master file I also need fully toleranced 2D manufacturing drawings ready for the shop floor.
Acceptance criteria
• Native SolidWorks 3D assembly and part files, structured with clear configurations and design tree.
• Exploded view, motion study and rendered images for client review.
• 2D drawings in ISO/ANSI format with GD&T, critical tolerances, material call-outs and ballooned BOM.
• Consolidated parts list (Excel or SolidWorks BOM) that ties back to the drawings.
