Photorealistic rendering of an office space

I have a model of a phone booth that needs to be placed in 2 different office settings and rendered realistically. The model of the booth is available as .dwg and .skp file and I expect you to come up with the environment model. I am NOT looking for staging in photoshop. This is a paid test project with more to come for other office furniture.

Attached are the files that serve as inspiration and how realistic the end result should be. Please do not apply if you can't deliver realistic results constantly because I want to hire the same freelancer to do all the projects of this type for me. Thank you
