Photorealistic 3D Visualization for Presentation of office fit out
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a skilled 3D designer to create a high-quality photorealistic 3D visualization based on CAD drawing and photos I will provide. The purpose of this visualization is for a presentation to a client.
Key Project Requirements:
- Utilizing Autodesk 3ds Max: Proficiency in this software is essential for this project.
- Photorealistic Level of Detail: This visualization needs to be as realistic as possible to impress our client and accurately represent the final product.
Note: the glazing panels in the photos will be removed and new glazing will be placed int the correct place as per the plan but in the same style
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Architectural Visualization: Prior work in architectural visualization will be highly preferred as the project involves translating CAD drawings into a 3D model.
- Strong 3D Design Portfolio: I'll be looking at your portfolio to gauge your 3D design skills, particularly in creating high-quality, photorealistic visuals.
- Excellent Communication: You will be required to understand and interpret my requirements accurately. Therefore, clear and concise communication skills are a must.
Using the mood board place furniture and items in the motel using the theme required to suit
