Photorealistic 3D Scene

I have a basic 3D scene created in Blender that needs an artist's touch. It's a performance stage, with miscellaneous music elements, and billboard characters illuminated by spotlights. I need the Blender scene polished and made photo-realistic. This will likely include mostly material and lighting work.

Deliverable should be a Blender file that I can render (via F12) and obtain a photo-realistic image. Upon successful completion, we may do a phase-two that adds basic animation. I will provide the existing Blender file, along with more project details, upon initiation of the contract.
