Photorealistic Retail Render
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a skilled 3D artist who can create a photorealistic retail render for both indoor and outdoor location. The project will primarily focus on highlighting interior design elements. The desired level of realism is moderately realistic. We're looking for (3) exterior and (3) interior.
The concepts are not to be specific (Have a look of a Starbucks but not be one)
I have a scope of work document that should allow you to provide us a quote. Please read Scope of Work. Includes available assets such as images, photos, property survey, floor plans.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g. 3ds Max, Blender)
- Experience in creating realistic textures and materials
- Knowledge of lighting techniques to achieve the desired level of realism
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the client to understand their vision and requirements
