I'm looking for skilled high-quality artists who can produce photorealistic renders of a residence with focus on the street view. The essential purpose of these images will be for marketing and advertising campaigns. Therefore, they need to be incredibly detailed, highly realistic, and aesthetically pleasing.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in architectural visualizations, specifically residential designs.
- Proficient in using industry-standard software tools for 3D modelling and rendering.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain a high degree of realism in the renders.
- Ability to deliver a high-quality final product within an agreed timeframe.
Requirements:
- I want a render from centre view of the front facade of each house, 5 in total.
- I will provide clolour scheme for each house.
- Eash house will have 2 renders with the same view except different colour schemes
- I expect 4k quality with amazing detail
