I have the measurements, links for the furniture and the moodboard. I am looking for all of the real items to be in the rendering. No placeholders or items that look similar to the list of furniture. The pay is as listed on the project and I tip well if the job is done right in the designated timeframe. I will ask to check that the rendering it photorealistic before paying. Once this project is completed I have several others and would love to work with someone long term.
