Photorealistic Render with Photographic Insertion of a New House (2 Exterior Views, High Quality Needed)

Hello,
I need two high-quality photorealistic exterior renders of a new residential building, both including photographic insertion into real site photos. The final images must look realistic and seamlessly integrated into the environment, suitable for client presentation and municipal planning purposes.
I already have:
The CAD file (.dwg format) of the house
Several high-resolution photos of the empty lot (clean and clear)
Project requirements:
Creation of 2 photorealistic exterior views of a single-family house
Each view must be integrated into a corresponding real photo (photoinsertion / photomontage)
Realistic lighting, materials, and shadows matching the actual photos
Final output in high resolution (at least 3000px wide)
Deadline: Final delivery by Monday, June 16th, 2025
Deliverables:
2 final renders with photoinsertion
Optional: additional raw views without photoinsertion if possible
Skills required:
3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar)
Photoshop or similar tools for realistic photoinsertion
Experience in architectural visualization
Bonus:
Ability to communicate in Italian is a plus, but not required
Please include examples of similar work, especially photomontages
Must confirm ability to respect the deadline
