Photorealistic 3D Modeling with Variations

I'm seeking a skilled 3D modeler to create a detailed, photorealistic model based on supplied CAD files. The model will illustrate up to 6 variations of color and finish of a house. all colors and styles will be provided to you

Requirements:
- Front door, siding, and stone styles must vary in each rendition.
- Siding styles: Horizontal lap, board and batten, shingle
- Stone styles: Fieldstone, different patterns of applied masonry, cultured stone
- Landscape must be native to Northeast US
- Include driveway, walkway, and steps
- Black glass (interior not visible)
- Detached garage not included
- 3D renderings needed from ground level at all 4 corners

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in photorealistic rendering
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of landscape architecture, particularly Northeast US flora
- Experience with architectural visualization and detail-oriented modeling
- Ability to select and incorporate hanging light fixtures
