Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for a talented and creative freelancer to create architectural renderings of a modern amenity space and fitness area. These renderings are crucial for presenting to investors and for future development planning, therefore I need someone who can deliver high-quality, realistic images promptly. Total of 3 images and can use stock furniture and fitness equipment.
**Requirements:**
- Expertise in architectural rendering with a portfolio showcasing previous work in amenity spaces and fitness areas.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality; the project needs to be completed ASAP.
- Proficiency in rendering software such as 3DS Max, SketchUp, or similar.
- Creative input on design if certain aspects are undecided or could be improved.
- Good communication skills to ensure my vision is accurately translated into the renderings.
**Ideal Skills:**
- Strong background in interior design specially targeted towards modern amenity spaces and fitness centers.
- Experience in lighting, texture, and material application to bring realism into the renders.
- Ability to suggest design improvements or elements that could enhance the space.
Although specific elements or features for the amenity space and fitness area were not determined initially, I am open to suggestions and would like the freelancer to propose ideas based on their experience and what's trending in modern design.
