Photo to 3D file for CNC Machining

I am looking to have a photo of an organic object converted into a 3D file for CNC machining. The original photo that needs to be converted is already in my possession, and I am hoping for a high level of detail in the 3D file. If necessary, a similar reference photo can be provided. The photo and 3D file will largely be used to create physical pieces through CNC machining.
