I am looking for a talented designer to create a photo realistic architectural 3D design for a Mediterranean style B&B. The property is large, with over 3000 sq ft, so the design should accurately reflect this. I have a list of specific design elements and features that I would like you to include in the design but I am also open to the designer's creativity. I would like the 3D design to focus on both the exterior and interior of the property. The successful applicant will have excellent 3D design skills, knowledge about the Mediterranean style and an eye for detail.
