Pharmaceutical Skid Piping Designer

I need an experienced piping-mechanical designer who already feels at home in pharmaceutical water-treatment plants and understands the nuances of skid-mounted equipment. You should be able to look at a layout packed with valves, pumps, instruments and stainless-steel piping, then translate it into clean, compliant models and drawings in SolidWorks without extensive hand-holding.

Here’s what I will be asking for:

• Detailed fabrication drawings ready for the shop floor
• A full SolidWorks 3D model of the skid, including all piping, valves, pumps and instruments
• A complete piping bill of material tied back to the model (part numbers, sizes, material specs)

Acceptance will be based on:
– Dimensional accuracy that matches the provided process schematics
– Correct use of pharmaceutical-grade materials and fittings
– A SolidWorks assembly structured so future revisions are straightforward (proper mates, configurations and naming)
– Drawings that clearly call out welds, surface finishes and drain slopes
