Pet Retail Store 3D Design

I am in need of a Floor Plan and 3D design to create a retail space for a pet store. The store will include supplies for Dogs, Cats, Birds, Rodents, Reptiles and fish, so the design must be catered towards them, while also making sure it appeals to a broad range of customers. The retail space is 40' X 170', with the last 40' being a stock room. I have some ideas in mind for the design, but I am also open to hearing any suggestions from the designer. Primarily retail gondola shelving and warehouse style bulk shelving, nothing special needs to be built, just a basic layout. We want 2 check out counters in an island layout near the entrance. These will be basic check out counters like a drug store or convenience store. Ultimately, it will be a great opportunity to create a space that is both welcoming and inviting.
