Personal Assistant for 3D Modeling, Rendering, and Blueprint Creation (Part-Time)

Job Description:
I'm seeking for a skilled and creative personal assistant to join our team, specializing in building 3D models, rendering, and creating blueprints for outdoor projects such as pergolas, patios, pavilions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create detailed 3D models for outdoor living projects, preferably using SketchUp.
-Produce high-quality renders using software of your choice (experience with Lumion is a plus).
-Occasionally model existing client houses for reference (precision is not mandatory).
-Make necessary revisions and adjustments to models based on feedback, sometimes with tight deadlines (next-day changes may be required).
-Collaborate with us on approximately 10-15 projects per month, with each project ideally modeled and rendered within 3 hours. If the project is more complex, additional time is understandable.
Qualifications:
Proficient in 3D modeling, particularly with SketchUp.
Strong rendering skills; familiarity with Lumion is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to handle changes and revisions promptly.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with an estimated 45-80 hours per month.
Expect to work on approximately one project per day.
