I need an experienced 3D designer to create realistic modeling and rendering for a Persian-themed restaurant in Dubai. The design should blend traditional Persian architecture with modern elegance.

Key Requirements:
- Realistic day & night renders
- Exterior façade: Persian design elements (arches, patterns, tiles)
- Interior:
- Ground floor: Indoor AC seating, non-AC verandah, live cooking counters
- First floor: Open rooftop seating with pergola and plants
- Use of authentic materials: Iranian bricks, carpets, arches, mashrabiya
- Use of existing floor plan and images (provided)
