Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 USD
I already have the design concept for a small wooden house—roughly 9 × 7 m—and its bathroom. What I still need is a full set of working drawings delivered both as editable CAD files and print-ready PDFs.
Please base everything on the reference model I will supply and include:
• Elevations: front, sides, and rear
• Sections through every critical part—walls, roof, and floor
• Detail drawings focused on timber joints
• Material specifications keyed to the drawings
• Simple drainage / plumbing layout
• Basic electrical layout
Use whichever CAD platform you prefer (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, etc.) so long as the final PDFs are clear and correctly scaled. Accuracy and clean layer management are important because these files will go straight to my builder.
