Parametric Fusion 360 Sorfinity Bin Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Parametric Fusion 360 Model for 52mm Gridfinity-Compatible Sortimo Bins
Description:
I'm looking for a skilled CAD designer to create a fully parametric Fusion 360 model for a custom 52mm bin system based on Gridfinity, sized to fit Sortimo-style drawers.
The goal is to generate variations (1x1 up to 2x5) and height options (half-height / full-height) from a single adjustable model, not hundreds of static STLs. This project emphasizes flexibility and reusability for future 3D printing workflows.
What I Need Built:
A Fusion 360 design (F3D or public Fusion project) that:
Uses a 52mm base unit size
Has adjustable length (X), width (Y), and height (Z) parameters (e.g., units_x, units_y, units_z)
Outputs configurations like 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, 2x2, etc., in 5U and 9U equivalents
Supports configurable features, ideally as toggleable parameters:
Lid compatibility bump-out (on/off)
Bottom edge fillet for finger scooping (on/off)
Filled-in interior or hollow for shape cutouts (toggle or sketch-based)
Clean and clear parameter naming and organization so I can make edits myself
Reference Specs:
Base unit: 52mm x 52mm
Bin heights: 63mm total (7mm base + 4U or 8U)
Inspiration from Gridfinity and SortFinity systems:
https://gridfinity.xyz/specification/
https://www.printables.com/model/1039502-sortfinity
Removable Labels Model
5U Tall Bins
Ideal Freelancer:
Expert in Fusion 360 parametric modeling
Bonus: experience with modular or Gridfinity-based designs
Can explain how to edit the parameters and save/export STL configurations
