PFC 3D software

I am looking for an experienced 3D software designer to create a program for PFC. The software will be used for modeling and must be created for a specific platform. I need the project to be completed within 3-4 weeks, so the right candidate must be available within that timeframe. This software should have the capability of handling various types of 3D models, textures, and shapes. The candidate should also be familiar with creating animation sequences for the 3D software. Lastly, the software should include features for rendering and should be able to export/import 3D models, textures, and shapes between different programs.
