PDF Blueprints to Revit DWGs

I have a set of legacy blueprints in PDF format that need to be recreated in Autodesk Revit and exported as DWG files. The package covers three distinct building types, each one spanning two floors.

Scope of work
• Re-draw all floor plans and exterior elevations in Revit.
• Aim for moderate detail: accurate wall locations, openings, room names and basic annotations—no furniture or fixtures are necessary.
• Generate 3D views of every floor and of each elevation so I can review the geometry from multiple angles.

Deliverables
1. A single .rvt file (or one per building type if that’s cleaner) containing:
– Floor plans for both levels of all three building types
– Exterior elevations
- foundation plans, floor framing plans, roof framing plans
– Saved 3D views for the plans and elevations
2. DWG exports of every view listed above, ready for my consultant team.
