PDF to 3D: Basic House Modeling in SketchUp

I am in need of a skilled 3D modeler to turn my PDF 2D house drawings into basic 3D models using SketchUp.

Key Tasks:

- Conversion of 2D drawings (in PDF format) into 3D models
- The 3D models should only include exterior details following the basic level of detail

Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling using SketchUp
- Experience with 2D to 3D conversion
- Familiarity with architecture and house design, including ability to read survey drawings and incorporate elevation and property features in the model
- Attention to detail in replicating design from 2D drawings
- Able to convert/save as Autocad/Revit/2d as required to quote/manage improvement projects
- Able to modify drawings to reflect designer plans for remodeling/additions
