3D Outdoor Kiosk Visualization Rendering

I'm in need of a highly skilled 3D artist who can create a detailed visualization of a small outdoor kiosk. The purpose of this visualization is to provide a realistic representation of how the kiosk will look in its intended environment. I have added a document of what is required in basic design, items need are to make 3d with door access on right hand side and on the left hand side add a advertising digital screen.

Key requirements:
- Create a 3D model of the kiosk structure
- Integrate branding elements (logo, signage, etc) realistically
- Include the surrounding environment (e.g. park, street, etc) to help with contextualizing the kiosk

The level of detail required is high, including:
- Textures: The kiosk and its surroundings should have realistic textures
- Lighting: The render should be well-lit to showcase details and make the visual as realistic as possible

Skills and expertise:
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software
- Experience in creating high-detail, realistic 3D visualizations
- Ability to incorporate branding elements into a 3D model
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for 3D visualization

Once the 3D render is complete it needs to be added into the environmental photo where it will be positioned for approval.
