I need assistance with re-organizing my Inventor files. The primary goal is to improve accessibility. The files in question include assemblies, parts, and drawings. Currently, there's no specific organization method in place, which is making it difficult to locate and access files efficiently.

I will also need instruction on how the system works and how to maintain it.
