Organic Surface Design for 3D Cement Tiles – STEP File Delivery

Hello!
I’m working on a boutique 3D cement tile project, and I’m looking for a designer experienced in organic surface modeling to create beautiful, seamless tile designs for 3D printing.
Scope of Work:
Design organic / freeform surface patterns for 3D cement tiles based on visual references (I’ll provide a Pinterest board and image examples).
Each tile will be approximately 150mm x 150mm, but not limited to square shapes.
Some designs may be triangular, hexagonal, elliptical, or modular forms that interlock.
The organic pattern will be applied to the top surface and then extruded down by 5mm to form a printable solid body.
The final deliverable should be a .STEP (.stp) file ready for production.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in tools such as Rhino (Grasshopper), Blender, Fusion 360 (T-Spline), or ZBrush
Understanding of 3D printable geometry and surface optimization
Ability to create modular designs that can interlock seamlessly
Creative approach to generative or sculptural surface forms
Reliable communication and respect for deadlines
Timeline: ~5 days for 3–5 tile designs
What I Will Provide:
Pinterest moodboard with reference styles
Specific guidance on tile types (e.g. square, triangular, hexagonal)
Visual examples and feedback during the process
